School-based pathway

Growing & Glowing

Making space for conversations that do not always happen in the classroom.

Growing & Glowing combines practical hair activities with age-appropriate personal development and relationship education.

Hair gives young people something practical to focus on while conversations develop around relationships, sexual health, wellbeing, confidence, identity, personal safety and positive decision-making. It complements existing youth and school-based support rather than replacing it.

Women rebuilding and moving forward

Rejesha Crown

Rebuilding confidence. Rediscovering skills. Looking ahead.

Rejesha Crown supports women rebuilding their lives after significant transitions or barriers to opportunity.

In a supportive, non-judgemental environment, practical hair skills sit alongside conversations about confidence, identity, relationships, wellbeing, employability, financial confidence and future planning. The focus is on skills, confidence and what comes next, not on defining women by their past.
